Boarding/ Training

Boarding
Priority is given to horses and riders that are in training.

Full Board:  Horses have a stall and are also turned out for part of the day.  They are blanketed as needed and fed quality grain and hay twice a day.

All horses are on a rotational worming program billed to the owner.  Boarders that choose to use the barn’s farrier will be on a 5 week schedule for trimming and shoeing with no extra fee for handling.

Training

Partial and full training arrangements are available.

Lessons/Clinics

Lessons
Individual goals are set and a training program is establish to help the rider to accomplish his goals with his abilities and the abilities of his horse in mind.

Clinics may be scheduled on your property with the minimum number of lessons dependent on the travel distance.

We also host dressage clinics with Grand Prix Rider/trainer Jessica Jo Tate from Mount Airy, Maryland.  Auditors are always welcomed.  Please call the farm or e-mail for dates and the schedule of ride times.  Auditors are encouraged to bring lunch and a chair.
